Updating Your Transfeero Booking
At Transfeero, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to manage your bookings. The quickest and easiest way to change or cancel your booking is on our website.
Logging into your Private Travel Account
To begin updating your booking, log-in to your private travel account via the button below (use therefore the password you got with your confirmation e-mail and the e-mail-address you used for the booking)
Making Changes to Your Booking
Once you have logged-in to your private travel account, you can make changes of the pick-up time and date free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. On the ‘Manage Your Booking’ page, you will see a button to either change the date or time of your booking (see images below).

Making Last-Minute Changes
If you are already within 24 hours before your pick-up, the button to change your booking will disappear. In this case you need to contact us via our chat to make last-minute changes to your booking.
Extra Stops or Change of Destination
Spontaneous changes in the destination or additional stops can lead to additional costs.

Canceling Your MCR Airport Transfer Booking
We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a free cancellation option for our customers. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time. If you cancel your transfer within the 24 hours before your pick-up no refund is possible.
Canceling Through Our Website
The quickest and easiest way to cancel your booking is on our website. To do this you will need to sign-in using the button below, using the email address you used for the booking and the password from the footer of your confirmation email.
Once you sign-in, if your booking is still refundable you will see this ‘Cancel Booking’ button on your booking page. Please click it to cancel your booking.
Additional Information
If you have both an outbound and return journey booked please make sure to cancel each of them separately.
Please bear in mind that spontaneous changes in destination or additional stops may result in additional costs.
Note: every bookings must be canceled by customers themselves. Our associates cannot cancel any booking as not authorized for that.
