Booking a Ride to the Airport

If you wish to book a ride to the airport, you must enter the pick-up time considering the duration of the journey, therefore do not enter the flight departure time.

In general, we suggest to always be at the airport 2 hours before departure, in any case follow the instructions of your airline. So when determining your pick-up time, consider the hours in advance you'll need to be at the airport plus the journey time.

How can I calculate the journey time?

If you are not aware of the duration of the journey, we suggest using one of the many tools offered by the web or from your phone, such as Apple Maps or Google Maps.

Notes

It is your responsibility to determine the appropriate pick-up time. Failure to consider the duration of the journey in determining the pick-up time may result in being late for your flight. Therefore, please ensure that you leave enough time for the journey.

Reimbursement Policy for Multi-City Bookings

If you make an hourly booking with a chauffeur that ends in a different city from the pickup location, you may be charged for the additional distance it takes for the chauffeur to return to their city of origin. This additional charge is an effort on our part to make sure the chauffeur is reimbursed for their time and effort.

How is this Reimbursement Calculated

In the event that you make an hourly booking with a chauffeur ending in a different city from the pickup location, we will calculate the additional charge based on the distance of the return journey. The return journey distance calculation is based on the chauffeur's location tracking data.

It is important to note that all reimbursement payments will be made directly to the chauffeur.

What is an Hourly Booking?

An hourly booking ensures that both the booked vehicle and the reserved driver will remain at your complete disposal for the entire duration of the service.

The hourly service starts at the pick-up time indicated during the booking process and includes 20 Km per hour - 12 Miles per hour. You can make changes to your hourly booking for free up to 24 hours before the pick-up time.

Booking a Child or Booster Seat

Booking a child or booster seat is easy. After selecting your vehicle class, you can add a child seat or a booster seat during the second step of the booking process. In general you have the following options:

All child and booster seats are free of charge. Be sure to enter your child's age and weight into the "notes for the chauffeur" to ensure they are provided with the right seat.

Make sure to add it to your booking during the booking process or contact Transfeero to add it within 24H of your trip

Do you need more child seats or booster seats?

If you would like to have 2 booster or 2 child seats, you can add this information to the comment field of your booking. This way, the driver can be informed and will try to provide two of them. Keep in mind that the driver may request a supplement for additional booster seats or child seats.

Please be advised that we can not guarantee more than 1 booster and 1 child seat. Not all of our partners are able to provide more than 1 booster and 1 child seat, so it is only possible to add that amount.

Conclusion

If you need more child or booster seats than the ones already included in your booking, you can add this information in the comment field of your booking. Do keep in mind that the maximum amount of child and booster seats is limited.

Receiving Chauffeur Contact Information

When you book a Transfeero service, you will receive the chauffeur’s name and contact information 6 hours before your pickup time. The chauffeur’s information will be sent to the email and phone number provided in the booking process.

Travelling with Excess Luggage

At Transfeero, we are committed to providing an excellent service for our customers. As such, the maximum luggage allowance shown for each booking on our website is based on safety requirements and we do not recommend exceeding this limit.

How to Transport Excess Luggage?

If you are travelling with more luggage than the allowance, ensure you book enough vehicles to be able to transport all your belongings without going over the maximum capacity.

  • Enter the date and pick-up time - it will always be scheduled at the Local Time Zone. For more informations regarding the pick-up time from the airport click here.

  • Click the button “Search”.

  • Select your preferred vehicle class – Economy, Standard or First Class. Note: For every class you will also find the informations about the services included and how many passengers and luggages the vehicle can transport.

  • On the site “Extras and Notes” you can enter the flight number, the amount of child and/or booster seats - if needed. Furthermore you can write down the „Notes for the chauffeur“

  • Scroll down and click “Continue

  • On the site “Lead Passenger“ you can enter the information regarding the Lead Passenger. Please also enter the preferred name for the customized Welcome Tag at the airport (for example: First Name, Last Name).

  • Scroll down and click “Continue

  • Payment is the following step of the booking process; during this step you can enter a Discount Code (if you have any) and fill in the form regard the Billing address, the Price Breakdown and the payment methods allowed.

  • Scroll down and select the box ”I accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.“ If you click the box thereafter you can also subscribe to the newsletter from Transfeero.

  • On the right side of the screen you will find the summary of your service. Please make sure that everything is correct before you proceed with the payment.

  • Scroll down and click ”Continue

  • In the next step we will forward you to the checkout; you can proceed with fill in your credit card details. Please click on the blue button below to complete the payment.

  • Thereafter, you will see that the payment was successful, yet the reservation is confirmed. Again, you will see all the details regarding the transfer and you would also be able to download your Voucher. You will receive your Booking Confirmation email shortly after the payment has gone through.

  • If you need to manage, review or cancel your booking please click „SIGN-IN“ button that you can find on the top of the website. Enter the e-mail address you used during the booking process and your Password (which you received with the confirmation e-mail) and click „Sign-In“

It is important to enter the email address and phone number of the person who will be taking the ride so that they can receive the ride status updates and the chauffeur’s contact information.

If you do not know the email address, please enter your own, however it is mandatory to enter the guest’s mobile phone number.

In case of any onsite irregularities, Transfeero will try to contact the guest with this number.

How do I find out the max luggage capacity of vehicle classes during the booking process?

When you're looking to book a vehicle on our website, you can easily find out what the maximum luggage capacity for each vehicle class is. You'll also be able to view the amount of people each vehicle class is able to carry.

To view the maximum luggage capacity and number of passengers, simply click on the Bag Symbol located next to the vehicle class. A dialog box will appear with the specifics for that particular vehicle class.

Food and Drink Policy

At Mcr Airport Transfers, the safety and comfort of our passengers is our number one priority. As such, we have implemented a policy on food and drink within our vehicles. Cleanliness of the vehicles is an important part of our service, so we discourage the consumption of food during transfers.

Alcoholic drinks are only allowed to be consumed in the car with prior consent, and if in agreement with local laws. If a guest is too drunk, the chauffeur may ask him/her to refrain from drinking, and if it is compromising safety, they may stop the ride.

Consumption of other beverages (non-alcoholic) inside the vehicle is at the discretion of the driver.

If the vehicle requires cleaning due to spilled food or drinks, there may be an additional charge.

All First Class vehicles have bottled water on-board so to provide you with a refreshing drink, which is of course free of charge.

Transporting Animals With Mcr Airport Transfers

When you book with Mcr Airport Transfers, it’s important to include the details of any animals you are transporting in the “Notes for the Chauffeur” field. This is important so that the right type and size of vehicle is sent with the appropriate capacity to accommodate the number of passengers. Failing to include the correct information up front may result in additional charges. Furthermore, the animals must be kept inside proper cages/carriers, otherwise the drivers could legitimately decide to not carry out the transport.

Passenger Transportation With Dogs

For passengers travelling with dogs, it is highly recommended to book a Van or a vehicle with higher capacity for the overall amount of luggages. If the Special Requests field was not completed prior to the service, Mcr Airport Transfers partners reserve the right to refuse the transport of the animal.

Exception to the Rule

The transport of service animals without a carrier is possible and constitutes an exception to the rule; our carriers are therefore required to take this into account as per local regulations.

Understanding Night Fees for Booked Transfers

If you’re booking a transfer from 12:00 pm (midnight) to 06:00 am, you will be charged a night fee. This fee will be 20% of the booked transfer. It’s important to note that the 20% fee is only charged for transfers occurring at night, and not those occurring during the day.

If you have booked two separate transfers, one during the night and one during the day, the 20% night fee will only be charged for the night transfer. For the transfer done during the day, no additional fees will be charged.

The surcharge is already included in the ride cost during booking a night service.

Mcr Airport Transfers uses a currency converter during the booking process. Since exchange rates fluctuate constantly, please note that the prices displayed may not always reflect the most current rates.

For customers in Europe, the service fee will be charged in Euros.
The only exception to this is for customers in the United Kingdom, who will be charged in GBP.

For customers in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia, the service will also be charged in Euros.

In the United States and all other remaining countries, the service fee will be charged in US Dollars, with a few exceptions such as the Dominican Republic.

Planning a trip? With Mcr Airport Transfers, you can book rides months in advance—or even just a few hours before you need them. The booking time limit depends on your location, but we always recommend booking as early as possible. Ideally, plan ahead and book your rides before your trip or at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

You can make changes or cancellations free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up time. Changes requested after this window may be subject to a fee.

You can also enter any other pertinent information for your ride, for example, “Please wait outside the house” or “Entrance to the house is found on the next street, at 8 Muster Street”.
