Booking a Ride to the Airport

If you wish to book a ride to the airport, you must enter the pick-up time considering the duration of the journey, therefore do not enter the flight departure time.

In general, we suggest to always be at the airport 2 hours before departure, in any case follow the instructions of your airline. So when determining your pick-up time, consider the hours in advance you’ll need to be at the airport plus the journey time.

How can I calculate the journey time?

If you are not aware of the duration of the journey, we suggest using one of the many tools offered by the web or from your phone, such as Apple Maps or Google Maps.

Notes

It is your responsibility to determine the appropriate pick-up time. Failure to consider the duration of the journey in determining the pick-up time may result in being late for your flight. Therefore, please ensure that you leave enough time for the journey.

Reimbursement Policy for Multi-City Bookings

If you make an hourly booking with a chauffeur that ends in a different city from the pickup location, you may be charged for the additional distance it takes for the chauffeur to return to their city of origin. This additional charge is an effort on our part to make sure the chauffeur is reimbursed for their time and effort.

How is this Reimbursement Calculated

In the event that you make an hourly booking with a chauffeur ending in a different city from the pickup location, we will calculate the additional charge based on the distance of the return journey. The return journey distance calculation is based on the chauffeur’s location tracking data.

Do you need more child seats or booster seats?

If you would like to have 2 booster or 2 child seats, you can add this information to the comment field of your booking. This way, the driver can be informed and will try to provide two of them. Keep in mind that the driver may request a supplement for additional booster seats or child seats.

Please be advised that we can not guarantee more than 1 booster and 1 child seat. Not all of our partners are able to provide more than 1 booster and 1 child seat, so it is only possible to add that amount.

Food and Drink Policy

At First Class, the safety and comfort of our passengers is our number one priority. As such, we have implemented a policy on food and drink within our vehicles. Cleanliness of the vehicles is an important part of our service, so we discourage the consumption of food during transfers.

Alcoholic drinks are only allowed to be consumed in the car with prior consent, and if in agreement with local laws. If a guest is too drunk, the chauffeur may ask him/her to refrain from drinking, and if it is compromising safety, they may stop the ride.

Consumption of other beverages (non-alcoholic) inside the vehicle is at the discretion of the driver.

If the vehicle requires cleaning due to spilled food or drinks, there may be an additional charge.

All First Class vehicles have bottled water on-board so to provide you with a refreshing drink, which is of course free of charge.

Transporting Animals With MCR Airport Transfer

When you book with Transfeero, it’s important to include the details of any animals you are transporting in the “Notes for the Chauffeur” field. This is important so that the right type and size of vehicle is sent with the appropriate capacity to accommodate the number of passengers. Failing to include the correct information up front may result in additional charges. Furthermore, the animals must be kept inside proper cages/carriers, otherwise the drivers could legitimately decide to not carry out the transport.

The transport of service animals without a carrier is possible and constitutes an exception to the rule; our carriers are therefore required to take this into account as per local regulations.

Understanding Night Fees for Booked Transfers

If you’re booking a transfer from 12:00 pm (midnight) to 06:00 am, you will be charged a night fee. This fee will be 20% of the booked transfer. It’s important to note that the 20% fee is only charged for transfers occurring at night, and not those occurring during the day.

If you have booked two separate transfers, one during the night and one during the day, the 20% night fee will only be charged for the night transfer. For the transfer done during the day, no additional fees will be charged.

Using Transfeero Currency Converter

Transfeero uses a currency converter for the booking process. As exchange rates fluctuate constantly, it is important to note that the prices displayed may not be up to date.

Please be aware that for customers in Europe, the service fee will be charged in Euro. The only exception from this rule is for customers in the United Kingdom who will be charged in GBP.

For a standard pickup (i.e. from a hotel or home address), your chauffeur will wait for 15 minutes before leaving the pick-up point. Our chauffeurs will also aim to arrive at the pickup location approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Wait Time for Airport Pickups

Airport pickups come with one hour of complimentary wait time before the chauffeur will leave the pickup location. By providing your flight number when you book the pickup, your chauffeur will be able to track your arrival time and adjust your pickup time for any delays and early arrivals (where possible).

You can select from an assortment of vehicle classes such as Economy, Standard, or First Class Sedans, each curated to deliver comfort and efficiency. For those requiring more room, we offer Spacious vehicles that can comfortably accommodate large groups and their luggage, including Vans, SUVs, and Minibuses.

Economy: Mercedes C-Class, Ford Mondeo, Ford Fiesta Titanium, Toyota Prius, Toyota Corolla, Toyota RAV 4, Skoda Octavia, Skoda Superb, Volkswagen Touran, Hyundai Ioniq or similar;

Standard Class (Sedan): Mercedes E-Class, Audi A6, BMW 5 Series, Lexus ES 350, Cadillac XTS, Tesla cars (model 3, model Y, Model S ect.) or similar;

Standard Class VAN: Mercedes Vito, Mercedes Viano, Ford Transit Custom, Volkswagen Transporter, Honda Odissey, Toyota Alphard, Toyota Vellfire, Toyota Sienna, Toyota Hiace (classified as both VAN and Minibus based on capacity), Hyundai H1 or similar;

Standard Class SUV: Chevrolet Suburban, Lincoln Aviator, GMC Yukon Denali (2021 or less), Ford Expedition, Cadillac XT6 or similar;

First Class Sedan: Mercedes S-Class, Audi A8, BMW 7 Series, Lexus LS or similar;

First Class VAN: Mercedes V-Class or similar;

First Class SUV: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, GMC Yukon Denali ( 2022-2023), BMW X7 LUXURY or similar;

12-seater / 16-seater MiniBus: Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, Volkswagen Crafter, Toyota Hiace (classified as both VAN and Minibus based on capacity) or similar;

Drivers are authorized to offer a complimentary upgrade in vehicle class or capacity. Such discretionary upgrades are a testament to our dedication to exceeding our customers’ expectations.

SUVs and Vans are versatile and can be substituted for one another depending on availability. It’s noteworthy that SUVs are mostly common in the American Market. Indeed, certain geographical factors may result in variations on the vehicle model / brand we offer.

In instances where Minibus services are requested, we may provide transportation with two or more Vans or SUVs.

It is important to recognize that due to the variety of local transport companies and drivers we collaborate with, and to ensure continuous availability, we are unable to guarantee the provision of a specific vehicle brand or model.
