Canceling Transfer Services

At MCR Airport Transfer, we understand that sometimes things come up that can change your travel plans. That’s why we give you the option of canceling your transfer services. With us, you can cancel your transfer services up to 24 hours before your scheduled service for a full refund.

Refunds cannot be issued by a customer service agent. For this reason, we invite you to click on the link below to cancel the booking yourself:

Following all the steps, if still within the cancellation deadline, the system will allow the cancellation of the service, and the refund will be processed at that point.

Note: Upon first entry inside the 24 hour timeframe prior to the pick up time, the option to cancel your reservation and receive a refund is permanently revoked and cannot be reversed; therefore, any successful attempt to reschedule the pickup within this 24-hour window will not restore the ability to cancel an amended booking, even if the new date/time is beyond the 24 hours prior to the rescheduled pickup.​

The verification process as well as the pre-authorization process could fail sometimes due to the following reasons:
  • Your bank need to approve the purchase of the transfer service requested.
  • You accidentally entered incorrect debit/ credit card details like name on the card, card number, CVV and expiry date.
     
  • The card details you provided are no longer valid or need to be updated.
     
  • Your card has been previously reported as stolen.
     
  • The debit card has Insufficient funds or has reached its limit.
     
  • The connection between our website/APP and your Bank failed due to some technical reasons and the transaction couldn’t be completed.
     
  • Your card may be blocked for online transactions.
     
  • You might be using a card that is not accepted by our sistem.
 
Note: Be advised that just your bank can provide you with more information about problems related to your credit card. For this reason, we recommend you try again and contact directly the bank if the problems persist.

You can download your payment receipt from your travel account immediately after booking. All you need to do is log in to your account and the receipt will be right there.

If you need an invoice, you should indicate this when making your booking. The invoice will then be available for the download on your travel account 24 hours after the transfer.

If not expressly indicated at the time of booking, it will be necessary to ask for it directly to the driver assigned to the service.

The system will verify the payment details entered in order to make sure of their validity.

Once we have authenticated the payment details, your credit car will be immediately charged for the total amount of money related to the service booked.

In case you need to cancel the service up to 24 hours before the pick-up, we will refund immediately the full amount held on the same payment card.

Note: in case payment was made via PayPal, the pre-authorization step would be skipped and your credit card would be charged immediately. Obviously, even in this case, it would be possible to cancel the ride for free up to 24 hours before its execution.

Understanding different currencies used for payment

At Transfeero, we offer payment services in three currencies – EUR, GBP and USD – depending on your location.

It is possible to switch between the currencies. Please note that a currency converter is used when doing this. Since exchange rates are ever-changing, the prices indicated are for guidance only.

We currently charge payments in three currencies based on where in the world the ride takes place. Bookings in Europe are charged in EUR with the exception of the U.K. (charged in GBP). Bookings in the US are charged in USD. All other countries are charged in EUR.

For your convenience it is possible to switch between the currencies.

Please note: we are using a currency converter. This converter may not be up to date due to exchange rate fluctuations. Therefore, the prices shown are for guidance only.

MCR Airport Transfer allows you to quickly and easily pay for your ride using your credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards, as well as payment options like Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Paypal payments are only accepted for payments made in Euros, Pounds Sterling, or US Dollars.

Please note that cash payment for our rides is not available.

Unfortunately we cannot offer the chance to make block reservations.

Hence, it is not possible to make more than one reservation at the same time – return trips excluded. Hence, it is always necessary to reserve the services one at one and pay them singularly.
