CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up:

If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full refund.

Within 24 hours of pick-up and No-Show:

If you cancel within 24 hours of the agreed pick-up time, or fail to show up, the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

WAITING TIME AT THE TIME OF PICK-UP

15-Minute Free Waiting Time:

For all pick-up locations, except airports, the first 15 minutes after the agreed pick-up time are free of charge.

Airport Pick-Up (with flight number provided):

A 60-minute complimentary waiting period begins at the scheduled pick-up time. After this hour, a maximum surcharge of GBP £50.00 will apply for each additional hour, provided the driver is still available. The driver may adjust this surcharge at their discretion. Any additional charges must be paid directly to the driver on-site, either in cash or by card. If the driver is unavailable after the free waiting period, please contact our customer service  for assistance.

Bank Holiday Surcharges:

There are no additional charges for bank holidays; all costs are included in the quoted price.

 

IF THE FLIGHT / TRAIN CANCELED

If your flight is canceled and the reservation can no longer be canceled, the ride will be treated as a NO-SHOW and charged in full. Rescheduling is only possible if the assigned driver agrees or if an alternative driver is available. However, neither Mcr Airport Transfers nor the driver is obligated to provide an alternative solution. In such cases, you may request a receipt to pursue a refund from the party responsible for the flight cancellation.

 

IN THE CASE OF A NEW ARRIVAL TIME (DUE TO A MISSED FLIGHT, REASSIGNMENT BY THE AIRLINE, OR REROUTING TO ANOTHER AIRPORT) AND IN ALL OTHER SCENARIOS

If you miss your flight, it is reassigned by the airline, or you are diverted to another airport, the reservation can no longer be canceled and will be treated as a NO-SHOW, with the full charge applied. Rescheduling is only possible if the original driver agrees or if an alternative driver is available. Neither Mcr Airport Transfers nor the driver is obligated to provide an alternative solution. In such cases, you may request a receipt to seek a refund from the party responsible for the flight issue.

MEETING POINT WITH THE DRIVER FOR THE AIRPORT PICK UP

(Only if a flight number is provided) After baggage claim, the driver will meet you at the designated exit for your flight number (as long as the flight number was given at the time of booking), unless Mcr Airport Transfers has communicated otherwise. The driver will hold a sign with your name. If you have trouble locating the driver, please contact either the driver directly or Mcr Airport Transfers for assistance.

MILES/KILOMETRES INCLUDED

Transfer booking:

All the miles or kilometers required for the booked transfer

FURTHER COSTS

If you book a transfer without specifying an exact address—such as only providing a general area or postal code—the driver has the right to charge an additional fee for any extra miles required.

 

NON-REALISATION OF THE TRIP

Passenger No-Show:

If the passenger fails to appear at the agreed pick-up point within the free waiting period after the scheduled time, without canceling the reservation and cannot be reached at the provided phone number, it will be considered a no-show. In this case, the full fare will be charged.

 

Driver No-Show:

If the driver does not arrive, the passenger should contact them directly. The driver’s phone number will be sent via SMS at least one hour before the scheduled departure. If the driver is unreachable, the passenger must immediately call the Mcr Airport Transfers Support Hotline for alternative transfer options. If the passenger does not call within 15 minutes of the driver’s expected arrival time, neither Mcr Airport Transfers nor the driver will be responsible for any resulting issues.

 

Passenger Cancellation Due to Service Limitations:

If the passenger decides not to proceed with the trip because the driver cannot accommodate specific needs (e.g., transporting children, animals, or bulky luggage) that were not disclosed beforehand, the full fare must be paid, minus any savings from unfulfilled services.

 

Driver Refusal:

The driver reserves the right to refuse the trip if the passenger does not adhere to vehicle conduct rules or if the driver suspects that the reservation or passenger is associated with illegal activities or intends to use the service for unlawful purposes.

HOURLY SERVICE (BY THE HOUR)

For each hour booked, your service includes a travel distance of 15 miles with the reserved vehicle. The total mileage covered corresponds to the sum of the hours for which the driver is reserved. From the start of the scheduled pick-up time until the end, the driver will be available for transfer requests within the included mileage. Any additional hours or mileage beyond the booked service must be arranged directly with the driver and may incur extra charges. All standard terms and conditions apply.

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

Booking Vehicle Class
The vehicle images shown on the platform are for illustrative purposes only and represent the vehicle class you have chosen. If a VAN is booked, it may be substituted with an equivalent SUV and vice versa. For bookings requiring a 12- or 16-seater Mini Bus, the service may be provided using two or more Vans or SUVs with the necessary capacity. Specific vehicle models or colors cannot be guaranteed as vehicles are subject to availability.

 

Rules of Conduct Inside the Vehicle
Please adhere to the following rules during your trip:

  • No smoking inside the vehicle.
  • Seat belts must be used.
  • Care for the vehicle’s interior.

Failure to comply with these rules, including vandalism or behavior that makes the driver feel unsafe or uncomfortable, will result in full payment of the agreed costs, minus any expenses saved. Additionally, the Service Provider may seek compensation for vehicle damage or excessive cleaning required due to passenger actions.

 

Transport of Children
Infant or child seats:
If you require a seat for a baby or child, please specify the number of seats needed in the EXTRA section on the BOOKING page. If no seat is requested or if the provided seat is unsuitable, and as a result, the driver cannot complete the ride, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

 

Baggage 
Free baggage allowance is based on your booking class. For excess baggage, please include details in the NOTES TO THE DRIVER section on the EXTRA page. Requests exceeding standard services require a check for availability, which is only done if you contact us directly. If no availability check is performed and the ride cannot be completed, our standard cancellation policy applies.

 

Pricing

  • The price includes bank holiday, out-of-hours, and fuel surcharges, as well as gratuities and administrative fees.
  • The price excludes tolls, parking, waiting time, and tax.
  • For ‘As Directed’ or hourly bookings, the total shown is the rate charged per hour.
